Reservation & Pick-up Policy
You can reserve your item online, pay and collect in-store from any of these ValueMax stores. No deposit payment is required. An email notification will be sent to you when the item is ready at your selected store and the reservation will be valid for 7 days (please check your confirmation email for exact details). After receiving the email, you can then visit the store and check out the item in person before making payment. Payment can be made by cash or NETS, and credit cards, PayNow and GrabPay are also available at selected ValueMax stores.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding watches), you may return the product with your receipt for a full store credit to purchase other jewellery within 7 days from the date of purchase.
ValueMax reserves the right , at its sole discretion to accept returns and grant store credit for selected items.
- To return an item, please visit the ValueMax store where you made the purchase and bring along the original sales receipt and original laboratory grading report or certification, if any.
- The item will be inspected before we accept it for return.
- ValueMax reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept returns and grant refunds for the item.
- Upon approval for return, you can do an item exchange, or choose to be issued with store credit, which you can use to make another purchase later.
Guaranteed Buy-back Policy
We guarantee a buy back value if the product is returned in the same merchandisable condition and together with the original sales receipt.
Terms & Conditions:
- The item must be returned together with the original sales receipt and original laboratory grading report, if any, to be eligible for the buy-back.
- Items that show signs of damage, wear and tear, alteration or resizing (by a jeweller other than ValueMax), may be given lower value for the buy-back.
